Can I order directly at your physical store?

Yes, you can check with our counter at Jalan Dhoby what is available for that day and pick the flavors you would like to take home! Remember to bring along your cooler bag as well!

I am having difficulties with processing the payment by bank card, what can I pay with?

We all understand the frustration where sometimes our bank card just doesn’t allow the transactions to be successful for whatever reasons. We can accept bank transfer or cash on delivery depending on the situation. Please proceed to Whatsapp Order where we guide you through the ordering process. We will sort your payment out as soon as possible during our operation hours from 12-6pm.

How many different sizes are there for your tub?

Currently all our delivery portions are packed into a standard pint size of 16oz. This is good for 4 typical servings. But feel free to finish it all up in one sitting. Nobody will judge you at home.

How long does your delivery take?

All our pints are freshly made before delivery.

Our delivery schedules are 12pm - 6pm. Order within this time and receive a same day delivery. Any orders past 6pm will be brought to the next day.

If you are in an urgent need of the items, you may indicate in the instructions when checking out and we will do our best to expedite your order.


Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order as the delivery charge is distance based.


How long can I keep my ice cream in the freezer?

Our products are home made and we do not use any preservatives. It is highly recommended to consume within a week of purchase for best enjoyment. If you intend to keep for a longer period, please ensure your freezer is at its coldest setting.

Why do I find it difficult to scoop the ice cream out of the freezer?

Our freezers maintain a temperature of around negative 20 degrees Celsius to keep our food in a well frozen state. Ice cream is best served at negative 12-15 degrees Celsius. You may place the pint out of the freezer for a couple minutes for easy scooping and optimal enjoyment.

I would like a pint to be delivered regularly every week, can you arrange that?

Yes, we can put your order on a subscription basis so it will be automatically sent to your home during your off day. Just send us an email and we will guide you through the process.

Are your products vegetarian and gluten free?

For our menu, we do not add in any animal products except cows’ milk and cream. All our ingredients are halal certified.

Only the waffle has eggs in them. We do not carry any gluten-free items at the moment.
